Online notarization is here to stay! As a relatively new service, many businesses and law firms have questions and concerns. Many of your questions are answered on our website under FAQs. Insured and Secure
NotaDoc maintains $1 million in Errors & Omissions, General Liability, Cyber Liability, and Professional Liability insurance. In addition, NotaDoc requires their Notaries and Signing Agents to carry additional insurance policies to insure against unintentional issues.
NotaDoc uses a secure managed file transfer (MFT) program. This is extremely useful for law firms and companies that need to share sensitive documents with NotaDoc to notarize.
