Step 1:
fill out the form below and upload the document(s) that need to be notarized. If you're an attorney, please fill out the form with the client's information
Step 2:Once we receive the all the information required, we will provide you with a quote via email from notary@mynotadoc.com within 24 hours.
Step 3:Once the you [or client] has approved the quote, we will assign one of our trusted notaries and send you a confirmation email [or the client] with assigned notary's name. We will also send a calendar invite to all parties participating in the transaction.
Step 4:Next, we will send you [or the client] an invoice to pay online. The mobile notary appointment is not fully confirmed until payment has been made. Payment needs to made at least five (5) hours prior to the notary appointment.

These costs are based on getting your document notarized in the State of Florida. If your document is notarized in another state besides Florida, the cost may vary and we will provide you with a quote directly after completingStep 1.
Sample Florida Notarial Acts:in order for our trusted notaries to legally notarize your document(s), you must include the attached Jurat or Acknowledgment language in your document(s).If you are unable to add the Jurat or Acknowledgement language to your document(s), email us the document(s) and we will provide you with further instructions.
If your document is being notarized in another state besides Florida, you are responsible for making sure the document has the proper jurat or acknowledgment language based on that state prior to sending us the document via email.
