Tips on getting verified:

Use your physical identification (passport) to allow the system to scan your ID. Do not use an existing photo copy or picture of your identification that is already saved in your phone.
Make sure that you have a clean camera lens
Make sure your identification document is placed on a dark surface when allowing the system to scan your ID
Make sure your lighting is soft to avoid the glare of any holograms on your identification
Make sure all four corners of your identification document are within the frame of the scan
For the camera selfie portion of the identity verification process, please make sure to follow the instructions and turn your head in each direction as instructed
